There is no cost ($0) to you to submit an accommodation request. Please make sure you are aware of your State’s laws, if any, for submitting a fraudulent accommodation request
* NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS & APPLICANTS: Everyone must complete the screening process. This is not only for pet and animal owners but also for residents and applicants that DO NOT own a pet or animal.
Pet & Animal Policy
Check each available Property for specific pet policies. There is a limit of 2 (two) Pets per home, including ESA or Companion Animals. Pets may be denied if they do not receive a positive reference from the previous Landlord regarding the pet’s behavior, if the pet is not spayed or neutered, and/or if a complete veterinary medical history (including immunizations and sterilization) of the pet is not provided. An additional pet deposit, monthly pet fee, (1) one-time non-refundable pet fee, or combination thereof will be required. Where applicable, restricted breeds will result in denial. If a pet is a registered service animal, proper documentation must be provided at the time the application is received. If a pet is considered an emotional support animal, a doctor’s note from a licensed medical professional that is considered capable to deem such animal as an emotional support animal will be required at the time the application is received. Such doctor’s note deeming an animal an emotional support animal must state that the Applicant has a medical condition that can be alleviated with such emotional support animal. THERE WILL BE A SEPARATE PET APPLICATION AND FEE (per pet) REQUIRED USING www.KeyrenterSouthFlorida.com/pets. Please follow the link provided on the application questions.
If you do not currently have pets you MUST FIRST get authorization to add a pet/animal to the home. Violations of this rule will result in a fine.
